I redesigned the end-to-end flow for listing items to sell.
Sellers went from guessing at pricing to being guided by AI — transforming a frustrating, uncertain process into one that gave them confidence their item would actually sell. A clunky upload flow is the fastest way to lose a seller before they ever list, if the experience felt tedious or the AI pricing felt untrustworthy, sellers would simply go elsewhere. Getting sellers to trust an AI price recommendation at the exact moment they're most attached to their item — designing that handoff required making the intelligence feel transparent and earned, not arbitrary.
